Rather Be Dog Walking was founded in 1998 by Melissa Bailey, who started with a single leash in North York and built a name Toronto dog owners trusted for over a decade.
When Melissa got sick, her family stepped in to keep what she built alive — and we’ve been walking ever since 2011. Same values, same standard of care, with the next generation growing up around the pack. Our walking roots are still in North York, while our cage-free boarding home in Etobicoke gives travelling dog parents something rare: a real family home, minutes from Pearson.
