Yes. All boarding is cage-free and in our family home. Dogs sleep on real beds and couches and have a private backyard — never in cages or kennel runs. We keep the numbers small so every dog gets personal attention.
We're in Etobicoke, Toronto, just minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ). We welcome dogs from across Toronto and the GTA — Etobicoke, North York, Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Markham and beyond.
Yes — we're minutes from YYZ, so you can drop your dog off on the way to the airport and pick up on the way home. We also offer pick-up and drop-off for $25 each way.

Yes. New clients confirm a booking with a 50% deposit. During peak season (Christmas/New Year and March break), a 50% deposit applies to all bookings and is non-refundable, as spaces are limited.
For boarding, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change a booking. (Daily walks can be cancelled with 24 hours' notice, or by 8 PM the night before.) New-client and peak-season bookings follow the deposit policy above, and peak-season deposits are non-refundable. If a scheduled service can't go ahead because we're unable to access your dog, the full fee applies.

Always. Every new dog starts with a friendly meet-and-greet so we can be sure they'll be comfortable and safe — and so you can see exactly where they'll stay.

Yes — we send daily photos and updates so you can relax and enjoy your trip knowing your dog is happy and well cared for.
Your dog's safety comes first. In an emergency we seek veterinary care right away and contact you as soon as possible. Our service agreement authorizes emergency vet care so your dog is never left waiting.
For everyone's safety we don't accept aggressive or dangerous dogs, and we keep groups small and compatible. If you're unsure whether your dog is a good fit, the meet-and-greet is exactly how we find out together.
No. The only step before boarding is a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet — no paid daycare day or assessment required. We meet your dog, make sure everyone's comfortable, and show you exactly where they'll stay.
Very likely, yes. We don't run big-group daycare 'tests' — we do a calm meet-and-greet instead. Many dogs who struggle in a crowded facility do beautifully in a quiet home with only a few others. We assess your dog on their own terms, not against a pack.
Yes — and a home like ours is often far easier on an anxious dog than a kennel. Your dog is almost never alone: someone from our family is home throughout the day, and dogs settle in a safe, dog-proofed room that opens right onto our fenced yard. No cages, no empty kennel runs.
Absolutely. We're very comfortable with medication — oral, topical, and injectable, including insulin, and we've managed nightly IV fluids for a senior dog in our care. Bring clear instructions from your vet and we'll keep your dog's routine exactly on schedule. Older dogs especially love the calm home setting.
Yes. We don't require spaying or neutering. Like every dog, intact dogs are assessed at the meet-and-greet, and we'll talk through any specifics (such as a female in season) then. Breeders, show dogs, and late-neuter owners are all welcome.
Yes — puppies of any age are welcome. We've raised litters of our own and are hands-on with every kind of dog, so young pups are no trouble. We just ask they're up to date on their age-appropriate vaccinations, and we'll go over feeding and potty schedules at the meet-and-greet.
We keep it small — never more than five or six dogs at a time, and often fewer. That's the point of home boarding: your dog is part of the household for a few days, not one of forty in a facility. It's how everyone gets real attention.
Yes, and most family dogs are happier together. They share the same space in our home, and the second dog is 50% off on regular nights. Just let us know at booking so we can plan for both.
Yes. We regularly host dogs for weeks or months — travel, work trips, snowbird winters. Long stays get a reduced rate, and because every extended stay is different we quote them individually. Contact us with your dates and we'll sort out a fair rate.
